All orders from Justvitadeal.com are shipped internationally via DHL Express, a trusted and reliable global shipping provider.


2. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Packaging & Dispatch: Once processed, orders are securely packaged and dispatched to DHL for delivery.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

International Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days from the dispatch date.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination country, local customs processing, and any potential delays due to circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


⚠️ 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)

All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are NOT included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If these charges are not paid, or if the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the package may be abandoned or destroyed by customs or the carrier.

In such cases, the order will NOT be returned and is NOT eligible for a refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's progress in real-time.


7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Justvitadeal.com cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen after dispatch, please reach out to DHL directly with your tracking number. We’ll also be available to assist with any issues and facilitate communications with DHL as needed.
